Do my clients need to create an account?
No. The portal works via a unique secure link. Your client receives the URL, clicks, uploads. No account, no password. -
How long does the link stay valid?
By default 30 days. Duration is configurable per dossier, and you can revoke the link at any time from the admin — access is cut immediately. -
How are uploads protected?
Each file is analyzed automatically before being stored. If verification fails, the upload is rejected — no file goes through unchecked. Data is hosted at Infomaniak in a dedicated environment for your firm.
