  • Does the Mail Module replace my current mailbox?
    No, it is a complement. You keep your internal mailbox for the team and connect your existing email accounts for client exchanges, with AI sorting and attachment routing to dossiers.
  • Are my old emails imported?
    No history import in the Mail Module. However, the automatic attachment intake included in the Base Pack stays active on your existing mailboxes and keeps feeding dossiers from incoming emails.
  • Is the Client Conversation really included?
    Yes, it is the heart of the Mail Module: per-client conversation view, AI summaries of long threads, assisted drafting and pre-filled templates. That is what sets it apart from a plain mailbox.
