Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between Solo and Pro?

Solo (CHF 199/yr) targets individuals and freelancers below the VAT threshold: unlimited entries, bank import, AI categorization, OCR. Pro (CHF 899/yr) adds TVA TDFN, native Crésus export, Odoo sync, assisted close, advanced analytics, departments, RBAC and 5 users. Pro is the full SMB equivalent.

Why is a payment method required for the trial?

The payment method ensures automatic conversion on day 31 for committed accounts, and prevents a user from migrating their entire accounting without commitment. You are notified by email before any charge, and can cancel anytime from your dashboard.

Is the Crésus export really native?

Yes. ark.flow Compta Pro directly generates the .ck1 format of Crésus Comptabilité, with embedded attachments, without intermediate CSV export. Your fiduciaries or accountants can import your entries in one click into their Crésus.

Can I manage multiple companies?

Solo and Pro include 1 company. To manage multiple client files, the Fiduciary plan (on quote) supports multi-company (in development) with dedicated SLA, custom setup and negotiated AI quota. Contact us for a quote.

What payment currencies do you accept?

Displayed prices are in CHF excl. VAT, but Stripe accepts payment in CHF, EUR, USD, GBP and several other currencies. Conversion is automatic at the daily rate, with no additional fees on the ark.flow side (your bank may apply its own conversion fees).

Can I choose my AI provider?

Yes. ark.flow Compta supports Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT and Google Gemini for categorization. Receipt OCR uses Anthropic Vision by default. You can change providers anytime from your settings, and Swiss hosting is available on request for clients sensitive to data residency.
