Which Swiss banks are supported?
ark.flow Compta supports automatic import from Banque Migros, ZKB, UBS, PostFinance, Raiffeisen and most cantonal banks (CSV). PDF statements are imported via OCR. PayPal, TWINT and Stripe are also supported. -
How does the Crésus (.ck1) export work?
ark.flow generates a native .ck1 file with all validated entries and integrated attachments. Your fiduciary opens the file in Crésus via File → Restore. No manual entry, no folder. Compatible with Crésus Accounting and Crésus Salaries. -
Can the AI really learn my habits?
Yes. With every validation or correction, the AI records the pattern: supplier, debit account, credit account, usual amount. Recurring transactions (rent, subscriptions, regular suppliers) go on auto-validation quickly. The more you validate, the less you re-enter. -
Are my AI provider API keys secure?
Your API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) are encrypted with AES-256-GCM directly in the database. The master key only resides in the server's environment variables, inaccessible from the application. Even in the event of database access, your keys remain unreadable. -
How does collaboration with my fiduciary work?
You export your .ck1 at end of period and send it to your fiduciary. They correct it in Crésus and send you back a modified .ck1. ark.flow compares the two versions (CK1 diff), shows you the differences, and the corrections automatically enrich the AI for the next period. -
Can I import my data from a previous year?
Yes. Import your .ck1 files from previous years. ark.flow extracts the customised chart of accounts and entry history. The AI immediately benefits from this history: your suppliers and usual accounts are known before your first statement. -
Which VAT mode is supported?
Both Swiss VAT modes are supported: flat-rate VAT (TDFN, semester periods) and specific VAT (quarterly periods). Periods are generated automatically according to your configuration. You can change VAT mode from one period to the next. -
How long to get started with ark.flow Compta?
Your workspace is operational as soon as you sign up. If you import an existing .ck1 file (history), the AI is immediately trained and already knows your recurring suppliers and usual accounts. First Crésus export: ready at the end of the first month.
