Why ark.flow exists
I built ark.flow Compta because doing my own bookkeeping on Crésus was costing me a week every semester to catch up. My fiduciary saw the V1 and asked for a module no one else offers: automated DI/DT comparison. ark.flow Fiduciaire was born from that conversation.
At ark.swiss we already build other business software in daily use: ark.plan (company management) and ark.stock (inventory management, chosen for the Crans-Montana Alpine Ski World Cup 2026). ark.flow completes the set on the accounting and fiduciary side.

- Absolute sovereignty. No transfers outside CH, independent Swiss host. Automatic routing to the open-source model best suited to each task (Kimi, Mistral, Qwen).
- Tradeoff
- Generally slower responses than major US models. Very complex reasoning cases (long-form writing, deep tax analysis) benefit more from Anthropic or OpenAI.
- Recommended for
- Firms with strict sovereignty requirements (sensitive clients, professional secrecy).

- Privacy
- Very good — no-training by default since the API launch (stable historical policy), Zero Data Retention available, EU DPA. More privacy-respectful than OpenAI and Gemini; still less sovereign than Infomaniak self-hosted in Switzerland.
- Strength
- Best reasoning quality on complex texts (tax analysis, claim drafting). Very low hallucination rate.
- Tradeoff
- US hosting under the Cloud Act — less sovereignty than the Swiss option. Higher per-request cost than GPT or Gemini.
- Recommended for
- Firms seeking maximum quality, open to a US partner serious about privacy.

- Very broad versatility and speed. Largest model ecosystem (text, vision, audio).

- Recommended for
- Firms already familiar with ChatGPT who want to stay in the same model family.

- Recommended for
- Firms already on Google Workspace or processing many scanned documents (multimodal OCR).

Where is my data hosted?
All data is hosted exclusively in Switzerland, on Infomaniak servers certified ISO 27001. No data leaves Swiss territory. nLPD and GDPR compliance guaranteed. -
Do the three ark.flow products work together?
Each product is independent: Fiduciaire (available), Compta (early access open) and Budget (in the making) work separately, each with its own signup, subscription and workspace. Technical bridges (Crésus import/export, shared APIs) will make round-trips easy if you use several of them — but nothing requires you to bundle them. -
Compatible with Crésus?
ark.flow Compta (in early access) will export natively to Crésus Accounting and Salaries. Import is also planned for users migrating from Crésus. -
How long to get started?
Your workspace is operational as soon as you sign up. Configuration, data import (bank accounts, client files) and training happen afterwards, with you, at your pace. -
Which Swiss banks are supported?
Automatic import from ZKB, UBS, PostFinance, Raiffeisen, Banque Migros, and all cantonal banks. We regularly add new integrations. -
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
