Analytics
This page describes the audience measurement data collected when you browse arkflow.ch. It supplements the privacy policy and gives you direct control (opt-out) over analytics tracking.
1. What we collect
Two subsystems run in parallel, both Swiss-hosted:
- Umami (analytics.ark.swiss) — traffic measurement: page views, referrers, countries, device type. No cookies, no persistent identifier. IPs are irreversibly hashed.
- ark.analytics (app.ark.swiss) — conversion measurement: CTA clicks, signup wizard progression, Stripe payments. Uses an anonymous technical identifier (
visitor_id) stored inlocalStorage, not shared with other sites.
No personal data (email, name, address) is transmitted to these tools. Emails entered in forms never leave our business database.
2. Purposes
- Measure traffic and identify useful content
- Diagnose friction points in the signup funnel
- Understand acquisition channels (organic, AI, social, direct)
3. Legal basis
Legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6.1.f / FADP art. 31(2)(e)) for the cookie-free Umami layer. For ark.analytics, the localStorage storage is strictly functional (no cross-site profiling, no third-party sharing) and therefore falls under the "strictly necessary" exception (ePrivacy art. 5.3).
4. Retention
- Raw events: 24 months, then archived and deleted
- Weekly/monthly aggregates: kept anonymised without limit
visitor_id: expires after 24 months of inactivity
5. Recipients and transfers
No data is transmitted to third parties. Hosting is provided by Infomaniak SA (Geneva, Switzerland). No transfers outside the EU/Switzerland.
6. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability. Contact: [email protected].
7. Opt out
You can disable analytics tracking at any time from this browser. The preference is stored locally (no network request needed).
