AI and automation

The AI in ark.flow Compta suggests the accounts for your entries and analyses your documents. It is included in your subscription, within fair use: there is no key and no provider for you to set up.

See your usage

Open Settings, then AI & Automation. The section is reserved for administrators and for roles that are allowed to use it.

The AI usage — current year block shows:

• your subscription plan, which sets the annual quota;
• the amount used and the quota, in CHF, with a gauge and the amount remaining;
• Per provider: the number of calls, the tokens and the cost for each provider used.

As long as no call has been made, the block shows No AI calls this year and an Open entries link.

Model catalogue and routing

The model catalogue and per-task routing are managed centrally. They only appear in this section when the Advanced tools module is on (Settings, Modules). They are meant for diagnostics; day-to-day use doesn’t need them.

What ark.flow does

• The AI’s proposals remain suggestions. An entry proposed with a confidence below 95% waits for your approval. See Approve the AI’s proposals.
• Reading a camt.053 statement doesn’t involve the AI: the AI comes in afterwards, to suggest the accounts.
