The export creates a Crésus Comptabilité file (.ck1) with your approved entries and, if you want, their attachments. This is the file to send to your fiduciary or to open in Crésus.
Before you export
- Approve any draft entries: drafts are not exported.
- Link documents to their entries, so the attachments go with them.
Export
- Open Entries and click Export CK1.
- Choose the Period: a single period, the whole year or all periods.
- Tick Include attachments if needed.
- Check the summary: number of entries, total amount and accounts.
- Click Export. The .ck1 file is downloaded.
If some entries are still in draft, a message tells you how many will be left out.
Common problems
The export fails: try again. If the error persists, contact support and mention the period you exported.
Crésus reports a problem when opening the file: send the file to support along with the message Crésus displays.
