Import a Crésus file

Bring in existing Crésus books, either for the current year or as history for the AI to learn from.

Video tutorial · 0:43

A Crésus Comptabilité file (.ck1) holds the entries, the chart of accounts and the attachments. ark.flow Compta imports it in one of three modes.

Mode When to use it Effect on your data
Historical Past years Entries are only used to train the AI. Your current data doesn’t change.
Current year Taking over the current year New entries are added, duplicates skipped.
Fiduciary return A file corrected by your fiduciary See Take over your fiduciary’s corrections.

Import the file

  1. Open Import, then Crésus import (.ck1) and Import CK1. The file can be up to 150 MB.
  2. Choose the mode.
  3. With Current year, the Merge preview compares the file with your entries:
    • Matches: identical entries, left as they are;
    • New (CK1): entries that will be added;
    • In DB only: entries missing from the file, which stay unchanged.
  4. Click Merge to add the new entries.

The result shows how many entries were imported, the matches, skipped lines, attachments and any warnings.
